What is your return policy?
You can consult our return policy at the bottom of the page. Since these are jewelry pieces, we do not accept returns except in case of defect or manufacturing error.
For personalized products (those with custom-made ribbons), we do not accept returns.
Are all the bracelets and chokers the same?
No. Each piece is unique. We work with designer ribbons and natural stones for the finishes, so there may be slight variations in colors, veins, or shapes. This is part of the charm and authenticity of each creation.
What material are the medals made of?
Our medals are available in two finishes:
- Brass with a gold appearance.
- Sterling silver.
Each model clearly indicates the available material before you choose the medal you like best.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally. First, our jewelry in our Barcelona workshop, and then assembled in our Seville workshop. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure high quality and a fair price.
Are all medals available for all ribbons?
No. Not all medal models are compatible with all ribbons or designs. Only available combinations will appear on the website.
Are the medals all the same size?
No. Each medal model has different dimensions depending on the design. We recommend reviewing the product photographs and descriptions to learn more about each piece.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock products: The usual shipping time is 48/72 business hours.
Products requiring assembly or customization: Production time is usually 4 to 5 business days before shipping.
Can natural stones vary from the photos?
Yes. Natural stones have natural variations, so each piece may have slight differences from the images shown on the website.
Can the parts get wet?
Yes, our pieces can get wet. However, we recommend avoiding contact with perfumes, creams, or chemical products to better preserve the materials and finish of the pieces.
